QGIF utilise ‘Connect’, a policy and claims management system to capture premium information and to record, report on, and administer claims, including the financial transactions associated with claim settlements and expenses. ‘Connect’ provides data capture and analysis functionality which assists QGIF in managing the self-insurance scheme and providing Agencies with monthly claims reports.
